This is a SharePoint administration book that you must have. Shane, Todd and Steve have made it easy to follow, and easier to process the information. This is simply the best SharePoint 2010 Administrator book out there. Others might have some good information, but this book gives you the best practices in detail and with examples that you can relate to. Shane, Todd and Steve have a unique way of translating the information so that it is easier to understand. These guys bring awesome technical and communication skills to the table the enable you to be more productive.
Anyone involved in SharePoint 2010, or wants to start expanding on their SharePoint 2010 experience really needs to have this book. You will get up to speed with SharePoint 2010 very quickly. I was fortunate to take one of the admin classes with Shane and I have to say that the book almost replaces the class.
